Requirements

Our client in King of Prussia is searching for an Associate Web Developer to join their team.


The Associate Web Developer assists senior development staff in the analysis of business requirements and needs of the Corporate and Acute Care facility customers, and using Microsoft .NET Technologies, designs, develops, implements, supports, and maintains Web-based applications that meet those requirements.  - Monitors the resolution of maintenance or enhancement issues assigned by the Customer Support Center.  - Implements modifications to existing applications that will effectively accomplish desired objectives.    - Provides technical support to the clients entities as needed.  - Meets deadlines and ensures continued progress toward assignment completion. - Shares experience with other members of team.  - Typically works on smaller projects and systems while assisting the more experienced analysts on larger projects and systems.  - Under guidance of senior staff, assists and interacts with the user community regarding application design and support.


Requirements: - Basic knowledge of system application implementation, enhancement and support methods and practices.  - Excellent analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.  - Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.  - Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain cooperative relationships with customers and team members.  - Ability to work on multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.  - Basic knowledge of project management methods.  - Working knowledge of project development life cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, writing specifications, design, implementation, testing, delivery and post-live support.  - Experience with Object Oriented software development.  - Basic knowledge of computer systems analysis and programming techniques and procedures, including: consulting with users to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications; design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, coding, debugging, or modification of computer systems or programs based on and related to user design specifications.  - Basic knowledge of IS standards and quality methods and metrics.  - General familiarity of user business practices, concepts and terminology sufficient to support the applications.  - Language proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal fluency.  - Ability to clearly convey and assimilate information, and prepare detailed specifications and documentation.  - Ability to multi-task while effectively managing time and meeting deadlines.
